Your workspace is the shared environment where your team collaborates.
General Settings
Update your workspace name and logo under Settings > Workspace > General.
Team Management
Admins can invite members, remove members, and assign roles. Two roles exist: Admin (full access including billing) and Member (CRM data access only).
Billing
View and manage your plan under Settings > Billing.

Upgrades and added seats are prorated for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrades apply from the next billing period. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all Reactima orders. Paddle accepts major credit and debit cards and other local payment methods, and calculates any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout. For invoicing on the Scale plan, contact hello@reactima.com.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Admins can enforce two-factor authentication. SAML SSO available on Growth plan and above.
Data Export
Export all workspace data as a ZIP of CSV files under Settings > Export.
