Reactima was born out of a simple observation: recruitment teams everywhere were drowning in spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual busywork. Founded in 2006, Adeptima Limited set out to build software that would let recruiters focus on what matters most — finding and connecting with the right people.
Over the years, the platform evolved from a straightforward applicant tracking system into a full-featured CRM designed specifically for recruitment agencies and in-house talent teams. We added pipeline automation, built-in analytics, multi-language support, and integrations that connect Reactima to the tools teams already use.
Today Reactima serves customers across Asia, Europe, and beyond. Our engineering team in Tbilisi, Georgia works hand-in-hand with our Hong Kong headquarters to ship improvements every week. We remain a small, focused company — and we like it that way.
Our team is a mix of engineers, product designers, and recruitment industry veterans spread across Hong Kong and Tbilisi. We keep the team intentionally small so every person has real ownership over what they build.
