Inception AI

Inception AI is Reactima's built-in tagging and classification engine. It reduces manual data entry by automatically categorizing contacts, companies, and activities.

How It Works

When you create or update a record, Inception AI analyzes available signals — job title, company domain, email content, notes, LinkedIn data — and applies structured tags. Tags cover role classification (candidate, client, hiring manager), industry vertical (fintech, healthcare, SaaS), seniority band (junior, mid, senior, executive), and engagement level (active, warm, cold).

Engagement Scoring

Inception AI tracks interaction frequency and recency to score engagement. A contact who replied to an email yesterday scores higher than one who hasn't responded in three months. Engagement scores update automatically and surface in search results and pipeline views.

Using Tags for Search

Tags applied by Inception AI are searchable like any other field. Use the search bar with tag filters: industry:fintech seniority:senior engagement:warm to find exactly the contacts you need.

Overriding Tags

Inception AI tags can be manually overridden. Click any tag on a contact record to change or remove it. Manual overrides take precedence over automatic classification.

AI Chat

Reactima also includes an AI chat assistant accessible from any screen. The assistant can answer questions about your data, generate summaries of contact activity, and help draft outreach messages. The AI is powered by a dual-provider system supporting both Anthropic and OpenAI models.
