Ask AI
Ask AI is Reactima's built-in AI assistant. It reduces manual data entry by tagging contacts and companies, and it answers questions about your data in a chat.
How Tagging Works
When you create or update a record, Ask AI looks at the information already in your workspace, such as job title, company domain, emails and notes, and applies tags. Tags cover industry (fintech, healthcare, SaaS), role (lead, customer, partner), seniority (junior, mid, senior, executive) and engagement level (active, warm, cold).
Tags are there to help you organize and search your records. They are suggestions: your team reviews them and decides what to do next.
Engagement Level
The engagement tag reflects how recently and how often you have been in touch. A contact you met with yesterday shows as more engaged than one you haven't been in touch with for three months. Engagement updates as new activity is logged.
Using Tags for Search
Tags applied by Ask AI are searchable like any other field. Use the search bar with tag filters: industry:fintech seniority:senior engagement:warm to find exactly the contacts you need.
Overriding Tags
Click any tag on a contact record to change or remove it. Manual changes take precedence over AI tags.
AI Chat
Ask AI is also a chat assistant you can open from any screen. It can answer questions about your data and summarize the activity on a contact, company or deal. The AI is powered by a dual-provider system supporting both Anthropic and OpenAI models.
