Contacts and Companies

Contacts and companies are the foundational records in Reactima.

Contacts

A contact represents a person — a candidate, client, hiring manager, referral source, or prospect. Each contact has standard fields (name, email, phone, title, company, location, LinkedIn) and can have custom fields added by your team.

Contacts are automatically enriched with data from LinkedIn and public sources when available. The Inception AI engine adds tags for industry, role, seniority, and engagement level.

Creating Contacts

Create contacts manually from the Contacts view, import via CSV, capture from LinkedIn using the browser extension (coming soon), or create programmatically via the REST API.

Contact Timeline

Every contact has an activity timeline showing emails, calls, meetings, notes, and pipeline stage changes in chronological order. The timeline is shared — every team member sees the same history.

Companies

A company represents an organization. Companies are linked to contacts via the company field. Company records include name, domain, industry, location, employee count, and custom fields.

Relationships

Contacts can belong to multiple companies (e.g., a consultant who works with several firms). Companies can have many contacts. Pipeline records link to both a contact and optionally a company, creating a three-way relationship between person, organization, and opportunity.
