Activity Logging
Every interaction in Reactima is automatically logged and linked to the relevant contact and pipeline record.
Automatic Logging
When you connect your email account, Reactima captures sent and received emails with known contacts and attaches them to the contact timeline. Calendar events with contact email addresses are also logged automatically.
Manual Logging
You can manually log activities from any contact or pipeline record. Activity types include: phone call, in-person meeting, video call, email (for emails sent outside the connected account), note, and custom activity types defined by your team.
Logging a Call
Click Log Activity > Phone Call on a contact record. Enter the date, duration, direction (inbound/outbound), and notes. The activity appears on the contact timeline immediately and is visible to all team members.
Activity Timeline
Every contact has a chronological timeline showing all activities, pipeline stage changes, and system events (like tag changes by Inception AI). The timeline is the single source of truth for a contact's history with your team.
Notifications
Reactima sends real-time notifications when activities are logged on contacts you follow or pipeline records assigned to you. Configure notification preferences under Settings > Notifications.
