# Workspace Settings

Your workspace is the shared environment where your team collaborates.

## General Settings

Update your workspace name and logo under **Settings > Workspace > General**.

## Team Management

Admins can invite members, remove members, and assign roles. Two roles exist: **Admin** (full access including billing) and **Member** (CRM data access only).

## Billing

View and manage your plan under **Settings > Billing**. Plans: Free (3 seats, 50K records), Starter ($15/mo flat, unlimited seats), Growth ($35/mo, 1M records, SSO), Scale (custom). Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply next cycle.

## Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Admins can enforce two-factor authentication. SAML SSO available on Growth plan and above.

## Data Export

Export all workspace data as a ZIP of CSV files under **Settings > Export**.
