Email Integration
Connect your email account to automatically log conversations with contacts and send emails directly from Reactima.
Connecting Your Email
Navigate to Settings > Email and click Connect Account. Reactima supports Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook) via OAuth. The connection uses read-only access for logging and send-on-behalf for outbound emails.
Automatic Logging
Once connected, Reactima matches incoming and outgoing emails against known contact email addresses. Matched emails appear on the contact's activity timeline automatically. Emails with unknown addresses are not logged unless you manually add the sender as a contact.
Sending Emails From Reactima
You can compose and send emails directly from a contact record. Click Send Email on any contact page, write your message, and send. The email is delivered from your connected account (recipients see your normal email address) and logged on the timeline.
Email Privacy
All logged emails are visible to your team by default. If you need to exclude specific emails from team visibility, you can mark individual threads as private under your email settings.
Troubleshooting
If emails are not appearing on contact timelines, verify that the contact's email address matches exactly. Check Settings > Email > Sync Status to confirm your connection is active. Re-authorize if the OAuth token has expired.
