# Team Collaboration

Reactima is built for teams. Every piece of data — contacts, activities, pipeline records, notes — is shared by default so your entire team operates from a single source of truth.

## Shared Visibility

When a team member logs a call, adds a note, or moves a candidate to a new pipeline stage, every other member sees the update immediately. There are no private silos or hidden records in the default configuration.

## Notes

Notes can be attached to any contact, company, or pipeline record. Notes support rich text formatting and @mentions. When you @mention a colleague, they receive a notification linking directly to the note.

## Real-Time Updates

Reactima updates views in real time. If a colleague moves a candidate to "Interview" while you're looking at the pipeline, the card moves on your screen without a refresh. This eliminates the "I just updated that" confusion common in CRMs with polling-based refresh.

## Assignments

Pipeline records can be assigned to specific team members. The assigned member receives notifications for stage changes, new activities, and approaching deadlines on their assigned records.

## Team Permissions

On the Growth plan and above, administrators can configure team-based permissions to restrict access to specific pipelines or contact segments. See [Workspace Settings](/docs/getting-started/workspace-settings) for details.
