# Search and Filters

Reactima's search lets you find contacts, companies, and pipeline records across your entire workspace.

## Global Search

The search bar at the top of every screen searches across contacts, companies, and pipeline records simultaneously. Type a name, email, company, or keyword to see results.

## Filtered Views

In the Contacts, Companies, or Pipeline views, click **Filter** to create complex queries. Filters support standard fields (name, email, company, location, title), custom fields, tags (including Inception AI tags), activity recency (e.g., "last contacted more than 30 days ago"), and pipeline stage.

### MECE Search

Reactima's filtering system ensures results are mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive — every record appears exactly once, and no matching record is missed. This is especially important for reporting: when you segment contacts by region and industry, the totals always add up.

## Saved Views

Save any filtered view for quick access. Saved views appear in the sidebar and are shared with your team. Common saved views include "Hot candidates" (engagement:active, pipeline stage:interview), "Stale leads" (last activity > 60 days), and "New this week" (created in last 7 days).

## Sorting

Views can be sorted by any field — alphabetically, by date, by engagement score, or by custom fields. Click a column header to sort; click again to reverse.
