# Reporting

Reactima provides built-in reports for pipeline performance, team productivity, and contact analytics.

## Pipeline Reports

Pipeline reports show the distribution of records across stages, conversion rates between stages, and average time in each stage. Select a pipeline and date range to see how records flow through your workflow.

## Activity Reports

Activity reports summarize team output: number of calls, emails, meetings, and notes logged per team member over a selected period. Use these to balance workload and identify team members who may need support.

## Workload Analytics

The workload view shows a heat map of team activity — who is overloaded, who has capacity, and where bottlenecks are forming. This is particularly useful for recruitment agencies balancing multiple open roles across consultants.

## Exporting Reports

All reports can be exported to CSV or Excel format for further analysis. Click **Export** on any report to download the underlying data.

## Custom Reports

Combine filters and grouping to create custom report views. For example, group pipeline records by source and stage to see which channels produce the best candidates, or group contacts by industry and engagement to identify high-value segments.
