Provide a destination URL and select which events to subscribe to. Reactima will send a test payload to verify your endpoint is reachable. ## Available Events Webhook events include: `contact.created`, `contact.updated`, `contact.deleted`, `company.created`, `company.updated`, `company.deleted`, `pipeline_record.created`, `pipeline_record.updated`, `pipeline_record.stage_changed`, `activity.created`. ## Payload Format Each webhook delivery is a JSON POST request with the following structure: ```json { "event": "contact.updated", "timestamp": "2026-03-30T12:00:00Z", "workspace_id": "ws_abc123", "data": { "id": "ct_xyz789", "type": "contact", "attributes": { "first_name": "Jane", "last_name": "Chen", "email": "jane@example.com" }, "changed_fields": ["email"] } } ``` ## Retry Policy Failed deliveries (non-2xx response or timeout after 10 seconds) are retried up to 5 times with exponential backoff: 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, 12 hours. ## Webhook Security Each webhook includes an `X-Reactima-Signature` header containing an HMAC-SHA256 signature of the payload using your webhook secret. Verify this signature on your server to confirm the request came from Reactima. ## Managing Webhooks View delivery history, inspect payloads, and retry failed deliveries under **Settings > API > Webhooks**. Disable or delete webhooks at any time.
